Jillian Blacken, the owner of Jillian Bakes, founded the company after not being able to find delicious vegan brownies. Talk about a self-starter! With her background from the Pastry Baking Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, she got her feet wet in the kitchen and experimented for months trying to find the perfect brownie recipe. With the help of friends and family, Jillian was able to produce a project near and dear to her heart for all to enjoy!
